Join us for an hour of yin yoga where we focus on settling into stillness as we hold each pose for several minutes before mindfully moving onto the next. Yin yoga helps work into the deeper 'yin' tissues of our ligaments, joints and fascia. Helping to increase circulation to the joints and improve flexibility. Please bring your yoga mat, all other props are provided. Please note that the car park at the centre is private and not available for yoga students, there is however on street parking on the crescent or in the nearby Palm court car park which is free after 6pm. The on street parking can get busy during the summer months (Easter-September) so please allow time to find a parking space.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us as least 24 hours in advance, any cancellations after this time will not be refunded. If we have to cancel the class for any reason you will be issued with a class credit for a future class or course.
